The Goblin King, feared across Dorgon, Hanro, and that little bit that sticks out of the south of Dormor. Ok maybe he isn't feared across quite an expansive place as he would like, but he makes up for it with cruelty to his underlings, anyone unfortunate enough to cross into his territory and he has ambitions to prove the power that a seemingly unlimited hoard of goblins gives him.
