The game will consist of 10 Sessions, plus a debrief. These will run fortnightly on Wednesday evenings. You will be able to access the venue from 7pm, with session starting at 7:30pm and finishing at 10:30pm. Sessions will take place at the Asian Cultural Centre (Manzil Way, Oxford, OX4 1GH), in the main hall.

There will also be a (free) character creation session/meet and greet, 2 weeks before the first session, on Wednesday, 17th July, at the Cowley Retreat (172 Cowley Rd, Oxford OX4 1UE, at the corner with Bullingdon Road). It will be an informal drop in - we'll definitely have GMs available between 7pm and 9pm, but people will probably be around from earlier, and will continue till things seem to be winding up. It should be fairly obvious who we are, but check the discord or email the GM team if you have trouble finding us (we'll post updates on the discord when we get there).

The Asian Cultural Centre is located just off the Cowley road and is easily accessible with most methods of transport. Please note that the Asian Cultural centre is well signposted, and is located a little further down the road than the Mosque (Google maps confusingly shows a picture of the Mosque when you search for the venue).

The nearest bus stop is Manzil Way, a short 5 minute walk from the venue. Regular busses are available from here to/from the centre of town, and out towards Temple Cowley. There is also a nearby bus stop on Morrell Avenue.

There is limited parking at the venue. Priority will be given to those with accessability needs. If you require a parking space for accessability reasons, please let the GM team know. There is also plenty of on-street parking available from 6:30pm, on Manzil Way and in many of the nearby streets.

If you get there earlier, the Union Street Car Park is a paid car park not too far away.

The hall is located on the second floor of the Cultural Centre. There is lift access, but the lift is small - wheelchairs should be able to fit it, but power chairs may struggle. For a size reference, Anna's wheelchair is 63cm wide and 108cm long and fit very snugly.

There are gendered toilets, and an accessible toilet on the ground floor.

The space we have available is a single large hall. Due to the space, it may be loud and echoing during sessions. We do not have any other rooms in the venue booked, however there is corridor space and 2 staircases that are used to access the venue, if you need to take a break. We are also able to use the grounds outside (though noise should be kept to a minimum).

For those of you who want to socialise before or after the session, there will be an informal gathering at the Cowley Retreat, around a 5 minute walk from the venue. Some people might gather there before the session, to get food/drinks, and a large contingent are likely to meet there afterwards. This can be a great chance to get to know your fellow roleplayers, especially if you don't know many other OLS members!
