There is no official ticketing system for Underlings. You simply need to create a character and then can pay for sessions once your character has been confirmed. The price will be £5 per session, or free with OLS Membership (the character creation session is free). Payment can be made via bank transfer (account details here), or for single session fees we can take cash on the door. If you get an OLS membership, the time on that membership will not start counting until the first session of Underlings (i.e. if you get a 1 month membership before the game starts, it will last for 1 month from the first session on 31st July, and a 6-month membership will cover the entire game).

Anyone¹⁾ who wants to play Underlings is welcome. We are hoping to not have to put a player cap in place, but in the event we exceed more than 40 players, we may have to review this policy. In the first place we'll look to expand GM capacity and/or reduce GM workload (for instance we may have to reduce the number of major actions in a turnsheet. If we do need to put a player cap in place, priority will go to members of Oxford LARP Society.

There is no obligation to play every session, and you may start part way through the game (if you only hear about it part way through, for instance). If you have to miss a session or two, you are welcome to continue to submit turnsheets and email other characters, however if you stop attending sessions altogether we may ask you to retire your character.
