'Bug' is a fitting name for this creature, who is ostensibly a human in their late 20s. She seems stylish enough, in a dramatic cape and cravat, but a quick conversation will soon dispell this illusion of competence. They are new to this whole 'union' thing and don't quite seem to grasp the idea but will vote for whatever ze is told enthusiastically enough.
