Otherworldly is the area for all your non land dwelling and non terrestrial creatures. Your ancient aliens, mole people, and betentacled cult gods all join together in the knowledge that answers and power may lay beyond the expected.

There are many attitudes to the Otherworldly groups. Some cults have been running so long they are more family gathering than blood ritual. Some are born of a manic love of the stars, or a desperate fear of the sea. However almost all, with only a few notable exceptions, believe above all else in success only coming when many voices work as one. Some groups have one voice leading the choir, whereas others prefer to harmonize.

Abizyl is mostly a normal down to mostly earth place. With an active multi religious community and Nequam's most prestigious space telescopes, this busy bay has a decent trade in all things sea and sand. Ranging from sands for glass and silica to fish. No one is as yet sure where this creature is from. Some believe it to be an old god of previous worlds. Some an ancient being from a faraway world. Some believe he is from a different dimension and appears in different ways to different people depending on what they need. Whenever Rolhigr has been contacted in the past, the only constant thing has been the coldness of the world and the steady drip of watery dread.

While Rolhigr remains largely mysterious, a handful of things are known:

• An affinity for cold and water
• Most visions have included description along reptile/amphibian/aquatic creature lines
• Appears uninterested in biological sacrifices
• Does not understand the concept of pronouns

After a long amount of time, some have gleaned information about Rolhigr, that it parts with very unwillingly. Some pretenders who believe they know Rolhigr in the false way, as an alien or as a god, seem to have directly opposing information.

When allowing visions of itself, Rolhigr will keep to the shadows. Only glimpses can be seen.

• The Cult of the Celestapod - A science based cult who follow the Conservationist, a leader who brings all together to help preserve the natural habits and habitats of the Greater Star Squid and other galactic cephalopods.

• Tritchtilith - A species of water-dwelling creatures that live in the Marianas Trench. Valued for their knowledge and resources, they don’t interact much with humans, and only one or two have ever been seen on the surface, for dire reasons. They rarely need the help of humans, but in the extreme cases where they have, they have historically come to those they trade with seeking help. Somewhat resembling a cross between an angler fish, a giraffe, and a regrombled flamberjig. They have something that lets them pass as humanoid when visiting the surface. They have not yet ever been persuaded to trade this, their most prized secret.

• Yattermaine - A race who seem enchanted with the goings on of the human world. They take information willingly and greedily, enjoying everything from the most secret dealings of the darkest depths to the latest fad superfood and how it will change your life. The Yattermaine don’t have magic, per se, but can do things beyond the average human with their inherent talents. Some Yattermaine have decided that merely watching and hearing the goings on of the human world is insufficient for them, and have started dealing directly to make changes that currently best suit their shifting interests.
