The first thing most people know about Dr. Evelyn Evil, often just referred to as Dr. Evil, is that she is stunningly beautiful.  The second thing they know is her cruel and calculating demeanor.  Like many other evil scientists, she mostly employs under payed postdocs to do her bidding, but also a few underlings with more practical skills.
